PhishDestroy threat report
sterkfundalis-nl.fyi is classified by PhishDestroy as an impersonation phishing page. Its name pairs an invented-sounding brand with an "nl" tag and a cheap .fyi extension, a pattern meant to look like a local Dutch service to people who receive the link. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-24. As of 2026-10-19 the domain still resolves and serves live content.
Impersonation pages borrow the look and tone of a trusted company so that visitors believe they are on a real service. They typically ask for login credentials, personal details or payment information, and everything entered goes straight to the operators. When we checked, the page title was "contact with domain owner | Epik.com", which is the registrar's standard landing text and differs from the impersonation classification. This means the visible page can change while the domain stays in the operators' hands.
On 2026-10-03, 16 of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain. That is a meaningful share for a domain without a recognizable brand. The vendors include ADMINUSLabs, alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, Chong Lua Dao, ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet and G-Data. The domain also appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses, so other researchers have independently tied it to malicious activity alongside the PhishDestroy blocklist entry.
The domain was registered on 2026-03-14, about six months before PhishDestroy detected it. That gap fits a domain that was registered early and held until a campaign needed it. Both the registration and the hosting run through Epik LLC, on a server in the United States. The Let's Encrypt certificate gives the site a padlock, but a padlock only means the connection is encrypted and says nothing about whether the site can be trusted.
If you typed a password on this site, change it now on the real service and on any other account that uses the same password. Then turn on two-factor authentication. If you entered card or bank details, contact your bank to block the card and dispute any charges you do not recognize. If you shared ID documents, report this to the authority that issued them. Defenders should block the domain at DNS and the mail gateway and search logs for users who visited it. Keep reporting it to Epik, because the site is still active.
For this gTLD, the registrar above operates under an ICANN accreditation agreement. The links below provide the official fee schedule and current DNS abuse compliance guidance.

This report combines saved page captures, registration and network records, scanner results and PhishDestroy reporting history. Each source keeps its own observation date. Open a source report to inspect the original result.
