Use Open Graph Meta Tag Generator

What it does

Generate og: and twitter: meta tags for a page's title, description, URL, image and site name, ready to paste into the page head.

It runs entirely in your browser: nothing you enter is uploaded.

Input
Quarterly report 2026 | Example Corp
Output (captured 2026-10-20)
<meta property="og:type" content="website">

<meta name="twitter:card" content="summary_large_image">
<meta name="twitter:title" content="Quarterly report 2026 | Example Corp">

Gives og:type website, og:title and twitter:title with this text, plus twitter:card summary_large_image; fill the other fields to add description, URL and image tags.

FAQ

Which tags does it generate?

og:type, og:url, og:title, og:description, og:image and og:site_name, plus twitter:card, twitter:title, twitter:description and twitter:image; empty fields are left out. X falls back to the og: tags when twitter: tags are missing.

Does it escape special characters?

No. Values are inserted exactly as typed, so a double quote or an angle bracket in a title breaks the tag; escape them first, for example with HTML Escape / Unescape.

Can a link preview prove that a site is genuine?

No. Any page can declare a bank's title and logo in its og: tags, so phishing links often show a convincing preview; check the actual domain instead. This generator runs in your browser and uploads nothing.
