Use IPv4 Address Converter

What it does

Convert a dotted-decimal IPv4 address to its 32-bit decimal integer, hexadecimal and binary forms, for example to match an IP that a phishing link writes as one number.

It runs entirely in your browser: nothing you enter is uploaded.

Example

Documentation address

Input
192.0.2.1
Output (captured 2026-10-20)
192.0.2.1

Decimal 3221225985, hexadecimal 0xC0000201, binary 11000000.00000000.00000010.00000001. A browser opens http://3221225985/ and http://0xC0000201/ as this same address.

FAQ

Can it turn a decimal or hex number back into an IP?

No, it only converts from dotted-decimal input such as 192.0.2.1. To decode a host like http://3221225985/ or http://0xC0000201/, paste the whole link into URL Parser, which shows the hostname as the browser reads it.

Does it handle IPv6 or unusual notations?

IPv4 only. Octets are read as decimal, so 010 counts as 10, while a browser reads a leading zero in a URL host as octal (http://010.0.0.1/ opens 8.0.0.1); an empty octet such as 192.0..1 is also accepted as 0.

Is the address sent anywhere?

No. The conversion is plain arithmetic in your browser; nothing is looked up or uploaded.
