How the scam works
The "Season Crates" theme is a classic claim lure. The page suggests that a limited seasonal reward is waiting and pushes visitors to act quickly to collect it. Pages like this usually ask the visitor to connect a wallet, sign a message or approve a transaction to "open" the crate. That approval is what hands the attacker control over tokens or account access. There is no crate and no reward, and anything authorized on the page can be used to move the victim's assets.
Evidence
On 2026-10-11, eight of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, Gridinsoft, LevelBlue, SOCRadar and Webroot. That is a minority of engines, but it comes from several unrelated vendors. Wallet-focused blocklists back it up: MetaMask and SEAL both list the domain alongside PhishDestroy, so many wallet users will see a warning.
