Overview

bill.you-track.cloud is an impersonation phishing page. Its hostname pairs "bill" with "you-track" under a .cloud domain, the kind of name that suits fake invoice or parcel-tracking lures. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-10-13, and it was still online with live content when checked on 2026-10-19. The page title shows only the bare hostname. urlscan.io matched it to its generic "phishingtest" brand category rather than a named company, so the exact brand being copied is not established.

How the scam works

Impersonation pages of this kind usually arrive by email or SMS as an unpaid bill, an overdue invoice or a delivery that needs attention. The link opens a page dressed up as a trusted service that asks the visitor to sign in or settle a small charge. Anything typed there goes straight to the operators, including usernames, passwords, one-time codes and card numbers. Victims can lose control of their accounts, and their cards can be charged or resold.

Evidence

On 2026-10-13, 13 of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the site. BitDefender, ESET, G-Data, Certego, Chong Lua Dao, CyRadar, DNS8 and LevelBlue were among them, and agreement across that many unrelated vendors is a meaningful signal. urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict. Spamhaus lists the domain in its DBL under the phishing category, which lets mail filters block messages carrying it. The domain also appears on the PhishDestroy and PhishFeed blocklists.
