PhishDestroy threat report

Overview

ceditoubiidisponible--cred-ubiii.replit.app is an impersonation phishing page running as a user-created app on Replit's hosting platform. Its Spanish-flavoured hostname, built around 'credito disponible' (available credit) and 'cred', points to a lure aimed at people who expect a credit or account balance they can claim. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-17. As of 2026-10-19 the address was still alive and answering with a redirect.

How the scam works

Impersonation pages copy the look and wording of a service the victim already trusts, then ask the victim to log in, verify an account or confirm details to unlock the promised funds. Whatever is typed in goes straight to the operator, who can use it to take over the real account or move money. The page currently shows the title 'This app isn't live yet', Replit's placeholder for an unpublished app, which differs from the impersonation content we classified. Because the address now redirects, the lure can be switched back on or pointed elsewhere at any moment.

Evidence

Five of 89 VirusTotal engines flag the address as of 2026-09-23: ChainPatrol, alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker and LevelBlue. That is a modest count, but the mix of a crypto-focused scanner with general web-security vendors is meaningful. The address also appears on the MetaMask and SEAL blocklists alongside PhishDestroy. MetaMask and SEAL both maintain crypto-oriented lists, so wallet users get a warning from those sources.

Infrastructure

The registration date of 2021-04-16 and the registrar, Nom-IQ Limited dba Com Laude, belong to Replit's shared replit.app domain, not to this operator. The scammer only had to create a free app subdomain, which leaves no registration trail of their own. Traffic is served from Google LLC infrastructure in the US, the network behind Replit's hosting.

What to do

If you entered a username, password or one-time code on this page, change that password immediately on the genuine service and anywhere you reused it. Then enable app-based two-factor authentication and review recent logins and transactions. If you shared card or bank details, contact your bank to block the card and dispute unfamiliar charges. Treat any follow-up message promising to release your 'available credit' as part of the same scam. Defenders should block the full hostname rather than all of replit.app, report the app to Replit for removal, and watch for sibling subdomains using the same credit-themed wording.

Recommendations & Advice for Victims

Choose the steps that match what you shared. Keep a copy of this report alongside your own records.

What should I do immediately?

Urgent

Stop using the suspicious site. Open the real service through its official app or an address you already trust.

  • Change all passwords — email, exchange accounts, anything that shares the same password
  • Enable 2FA using an authenticator app (not SMS). Disable SMS-based recovery
  • Freeze cards if you entered banking details on the phishing site

What information should I collect for my report?

FBI guidelines

Keep original emails, receipts, messages and screenshots in a secure place. A factual timeline helps the receiving authority understand what happened. IC3 evidence guidance ↗

  • Payment records — if you paid, save the receipt, amount, date, payment provider and recipient details.
  • Exact dates & times — of each transaction and first contact with scammer
  • Screenshots — scam website, chat messages, emails, wallet transactions, social media
  • All URLs & domains used by the scammer (including ceditoubiidisponible--cred-ubiii.replit.app)
  • Communications — emails, texts, phone numbers, usernames the scammer used

Even if you don't have all details — file a report anyway. Partial information still helps investigations.

Where should I report the scam?

  • FBI IC3 — Internet Crime Complaint Center (US federal reporting)
  • Europol — European cybercrime reporting (EU)
  • Your bank or payment provider — contact its fraud team promptly through official contact details if money or card information was exposed.
  • Local police — creates an official record, even if they can't act immediately

A report is not a guarantee of recovery or investigation, but prompt, accurate transaction data can help authorities and service providers trace the incident.

How do phishing scams typically work?

  • Fake websites — pixel-perfect clones of legitimate sites with slightly altered domains
  • Pig butchering — trust built over weeks via Telegram/WhatsApp/dating apps, then money stolen
  • Recovery scams — fraudsters pose as recovery agents and demand upfront fees. Never share a seed phrase or pay before independently verifying the provider
  • AI-powered scams — deepfakes, automated phishing, and AI-generated sites making fraud harder to detect

How can I protect myself in the future?

  • Bookmark official sites — never click links from emails, DMs, or ads
  • Verify domains — check on PhishDestroy before interacting. Check HTTPS, spelling, domain age
  • "Too good to be true" = scam — guaranteed returns, celebrity endorsements, urgent deadlines
