Use MAC Address Generator
What it does
Create random MAC addresses for virtual machines, containers or test data, optionally under a fixed vendor or locally administered prefix.
It runs entirely in your browser: nothing you enter is uploaded.
Example

02:00:00:e3:24:04Ten addresses starting with 02:00:00: unicast and locally administered, so they cannot clash with a vendor-assigned range.
FAQ
Can the addresses be assigned to a network interface?
Only with a suitable prefix. Without one the first byte is random, so about half of the addresses have the multicast bit set and an interface will not accept them. Use 02:00:00 or another first byte whose second hex digit is 2, 6, A or E, which marks a locally administered unicast address.
How is the OUI prefix applied?
Characters other than hex digits are removed and up to the first three bytes are replaced with your prefix; the remaining bytes are random. A real vendor OUI makes the address look like that vendor's hardware, so use one only on networks you control.
Is anything sent to a server?
No. The addresses come from crypto.getRandomValues in your browser, and nothing is uploaded.
