How the scam works
Impersonation pages like this copy the name, tagline and look of a real crypto project so visitors believe they are on the official site. The victim is then pushed toward an action the scammer controls. Typically that means connecting a wallet and signing a transaction or approval, or typing in a seed phrase or login. Whatever is signed or entered goes straight to the operator, and that can mean drained tokens or a fully compromised wallet.

The wallet-security ecosystem flagged this domain quickly. MetaMask, ScamSniffer and SEAL all list it alongside PhishDestroy, which means wallet users get warnings from several directions. On VirusTotal, 8 of 92 engines marked it malicious as of 2026-10-17: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, CyRadar, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, LevelBlue, SOCRadar and Webroot. Coverage from general-purpose antivirus engines is modest, so the crypto-specific blocklists carry the stronger signal here. The domain also appears in 4 AlienVault OTX threat pulses.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Spaceship, Inc. on 2026-10-06, just one day before PhishDestroy caught it. That is the timing of a throwaway built for a short campaign.
