PhishDestroy threat report

Overview

This is a credential phishing page that presents itself as the Entendre sign-in screen, titled "Login | Entendre". It targets people who expect to log in to an Entendre account. The random-looking string at the front of the hostname is the kind of throwaway label used to stand up disposable phishing pages. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-29, and on 2026-10-19 it was still online and serving a redirect.

How the scam works

Victims arrive through a link and land on what looks like a normal Entendre login form. Whatever they type, usually an email address and password and sometimes a one-time code, goes straight to the operators instead of the real service. With those credentials the attacker can take over the account, read financial and wallet-related information stored there, and reuse the password against other services where it was recycled. The redirect it currently serves can move visitors on to a further page or hide the form from automated checks.

Evidence

Six of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the site as of 2026-10-03: ChainPatrol, alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Gridinsoft and URLQuery. That count is modest, so a clean result from most scanners should not be read as proof of safety. The listings that matter most for crypto users back the verdict: besides PhishDestroy, the domain is blocked by MetaMask and by SEAL, the security alliance that tracks crypto phishing.

Infrastructure

The parent domain entendre.finance was registered on 2022-05-07 through Cloudflare, Inc, more than four years before this hostname appeared on our radar. The page resolves to 66.33.60.67 on Amazon.com, Inc. infrastructure in the US. Its Let's Encrypt (YR2) certificate means the browser padlock appears as usual, so the padlock says nothing about whether the login form is genuine.

What to do

If you entered an email and password on this page, change the Entendre password right away from the official app or a bookmarked address. Then change it on every other account that used the same password. Turn on or reset two-factor authentication, sign out of all active sessions, and review recent account activity for logins or changes you did not make. Defenders should block the full hostname and the parent domain at DNS and proxy level, search mail and web logs for users who reached it after 2026-09-29, and force password resets for anyone who submitted the form.
