Overview

duaputrabangsa.com is an impersonation phishing site that presents itself as a legitimate service so visitors will trust it with their details. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-08. When last checked on 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving content, so the risk is current. The page title shows a bare "Index of /" directory listing, while our classification is impersonation phishing.

How the scam works

Impersonation pages copy the look, wording or name of a service people already use. The goal is to make a fake login form, verification step or payment request feel routine. Anything typed into such a page goes straight to the operators. That can include usernames, passwords, one-time codes, contact details or card data. Victims usually lose control of the account they thought they were signing into, and the stolen details are often reused for follow-up fraud.

Evidence

VirusTotal shows 13 of 89 engines flagging the domain as of 2026-09-18. The vendors include BitDefender, ESET, Fortinet, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, G-Data, Gridinsoft, CyRadar and alphaMountain.ai. That is a meaningful minority from established vendors rather than a single outlier, which supports the classification. The domain also appears in five AlienVault OTX threat pulses, so other researchers have tracked it independently. Of the blocklists we monitor, PhishDestroy is currently the only one listing it.

Infrastructure

The domain was registered on 2023-01-24 through Web Commerce Communications Limited (WebNic.cc). That is more than three and a half years before PhishDestroy detected it, so its age says nothing about whether it is safe. It resolves to 103.147.154.184 on the PT Deneva network in Indonesia, which fits the Indonesian-language domain name. Its Let's Encrypt certificate only means the connection is encrypted and is no indication that the site is genuine.

What to do

If you entered a password on this site, change it immediately on the real service. Change it anywhere else you reuse it as well, and turn on two-factor authentication. Check those accounts for unfamiliar logins, changed recovery emails or new devices. If you shared card or bank details, contact your bank to block the card and dispute any charges. Expect follow-up phishing that references what you submitted. Defenders should block duaputrabangsa.com and the host 103.147.154.184 at DNS, proxy and email gateways. They should also search logs for past visits and reset credentials for any users who reached the page.
