ets211.com is an impersonation phishing site that presents itself as Guotai Haitong, the Chinese securities and brokerage group. It targets investors who believe they are dealing with a legitimate broker. PhishDestroy first detected the domain on 2026-10-16. On 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving its content.

How the scam works

The page carries the title "Guotai Haitong" so that visitors trust it as an official portal of the brokerage. Impersonation schemes like this usually reach victims through investment chat groups, social media ads or direct messages that promise access to exclusive trading or high returns. Once on the site, victims are asked to register, enter account credentials or personal identity details, and deposit funds into what looks like a trading account. The balances shown on screen are fabricated. Victims lose any money they deposit, and the stolen credentials and personal data can be reused for further fraud.
