Overview

spin.fexowin.com is an impersonation phishing page that urlscan.io links to a crypto scam. The subdomain name points to a spin or prize-wheel hook aimed at cryptocurrency users. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-29. On 2026-10-19 the site was still answering requests, but DNS for its content had gone inactive.

How the scam works

Spin-to-win crypto scams show a rigged wheel or game that always lands on a large prize. The page copies the look of a real platform so the win seems legitimate. To claim the reward, the victim is pushed to register, log in or connect a wallet, and then asked to pay a deposit, verification charge or withdrawal fee. Those payments are kept, the prize never arrives, and any credentials or wallet access handed over can be used to take more. The page has no meaningful title, so the operator's branding cannot be read from it.

Evidence

On 2026-10-01, 15 of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain. They include BitDefender, ESET, Fortinet, G-Data, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, alphaMountain.ai, CRDF and Gridinsoft, so the detection does not rest on a single vendor. urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict and tagged the content as a crypto scam. Spamhaus lists the domain in its DBL under the phishing category, and it is on the PhishDestroy blocklist.

Infrastructure

The domain was registered on 2026-07-23 through Fewmoretaps OU, which trades as Trustname.com. That is about two months before PhishDestroy caught it, long enough to set up the page and start pushing traffic to it. It is hosted in Germany on the FEMO IT SOLUTIONS LIMITED network.

What to do

If you played a spin game here, do not pay any fee, tax or deposit to release winnings, because these sites never pay out. If you already sent funds, keep the transaction details and report them to the exchange or payment provider you used. If you entered a password, change it everywhere you reuse it and turn on two-factor authentication. If you connected a crypto wallet, revoke any approvals the site obtained and move assets to a fresh wallet if you shared a seed phrase. Defenders should block the domain and its parent at DNS and on mail gateways, and use the Spamhaus DBL phishing listing to catch related links.
