PhishDestroy threat report
nextelwork.site borrows the Nextel telecom name to present itself as a work-from-phone earning platform under the banner "Nextel Work — Earn From Calls, Spend Anywhere." Its targets are people looking for easy side income who may trust a familiar brand. PhishDestroy first flagged the domain on 2026-09-23. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online, and visitors were being redirected rather than shown a static page.
The page title pitches paid phone calls and money you can "spend anywhere," which is the classic bait of brand-impersonation earning schemes. Victims are pulled in by the promise of income tied to a known company name, then asked to register, hand over personal and payment details, or log in with credentials the operators can reuse. Schemes of this type often follow up with requests to pay activation or unlocking fees before any "earnings" can be withdrawn. Those payments are never returned.
On 2026-10-02, 10 of 91 VirusTotal engines marked the domain as malicious. The flagging vendors included BitDefender, Fortinet, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, G-Data, alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, CyRadar and Ermes. That is a meaningful spread across unrelated vendors for a domain this young. Spamhaus lists it in its Domain Blocklist as a spam domain, and it appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses alongside the PhishDestroy blocklist.
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc on 2026-07-13, about ten weeks before PhishDestroy detected it. That gap fits an operation that registers names ahead of time and activates them later. It resolves to 163.61.188.108, an address on a network named for New Dhaka Hardware in Bangladesh but geolocated to the United States. The site uses a free Let's Encrypt certificate, so the padlock in the browser says nothing about whether it is legitimate.
Do not register, pay any fee, or share identity documents on this site. If you entered a password, change it on every account where you reused it and turn on two-factor authentication. If you gave card or bank details or paid an "activation" or withdrawal fee, contact your bank right away to dispute the charge, and expect follow-up scam messages offering to recover your money. Defenders should block the domain and its IP at DNS and proxy level and watch for lookalike "Nextel" job and earning domains.

This report combines saved page captures, registration and network records, scanner results and PhishDestroy reporting history. Each source keeps its own observation date. Open a source report to inspect the original result.
The AI-assisted analysis was written on . It describes the evidence available at that time; later source checks can change.
A capture documents what was shown. A scanner result records that provider’s assessment at the time of its check. Neither a valid certificate nor a zero-detection result is a guarantee of safety.
