It sits behind Cloudflare (AS13335, US), so the IP visitors see belongs to Cloudflare's network and does not reveal the real server behind it. Its certificate is a free, automatically issued Let's Encrypt one, so the padlock in the browser says nothing about whether the site is legitimate.
What to do
If lenuwin.com redirected you somewhere and you typed a password there, change that password and turn on two-factor authentication, starting with any exchange or email account.
