Overview

justlend-dao.com is a fraudulent site impersonating JustLend DAO, the legitimate DeFi lending and yield protocol built on the TRON blockchain. It targets TRON and broader DeFi users who may be looking to lend assets or earn yield through what appears to be a familiar and trusted platform. PhishDestroy first identified it on 2026-09-19. As of 2026-10-18 the site remains alive, though its DNS is currently inactive, meaning the page is not actively resolving for visitors at this time.

How the scam works

The site presents itself as "JustLend DAO — TRON's Premier DeFi Lending & Yield Protocol," mimicking the branding, layout and language of the real JustLend DAO application. When a visitor connects their crypto wallet to interact with what they believe are lending or yield features, the underlying drainer contract silently requests broad token approvals or triggers malicious transactions. Once approved, the attacker can sweep the victim's tokens and NFTs without any further interaction. The victim loses control of their assets the moment they sign the malicious transaction.

Evidence

Seventeen of 91 engines on VirusTotal flagged this domain as malicious as of 2026-09-29, with detections from alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, Chong Lua Dao, CRDF, CyRadar, Ermes, Emsisoft and Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, among others. The domain appears across four threat intelligence pulses on AlienVault OTX. It is actively blocked by PhishDestroy, MetaMask, ScamSniffer and SEAL, meaning major wallet interfaces and security tools are already warning users away from it.

Infrastructure

The domain was registered on 2026-05-12 through NameSilo, LLC, roughly four months before PhishDestroy detected it. It is hosted behind Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure with a Canadian-geolocated IP.
