PhishDestroy threat report
crowdinvesting.digital presents itself as "crowdinvesting | AI Trading Platform | Official Website", an impersonation phishing page dressed up as the official home of an automated trading service. It targets people looking for passive crypto or investment income who trust a site that calls itself official. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-10. As of 2026-10-19 the domain still resolves, but its content no longer loads.
Fake AI trading sites follow a familiar pattern. They promise algorithmic profits, ask visitors to register and deposit funds, and then show a dashboard of rising balances that exist only on screen. When a victim tries to cash out, new obstacles appear, such as "verification" charges, taxes or withdrawal fees, until the operators stop responding. Victims lose every deposit along with any personal or identity data they handed over during sign-up.
On 2026-09-18, VirusTotal showed 17 of 89 security engines flagging the domain. That is a meaningful share for a site that had been tracked for little more than a week. The flagging vendors include alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, CRDF, CyRadar, ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet and G-Data. The domain also appears in 5 AlienVault OTX threat pulses, so other researchers have independently tied it to malicious activity. Among blocklists it is currently carried by PhishDestroy.
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc on 2026-06-07, about three months before PhishDestroy detected it. That gap leaves enough time to build a polished "official" front before promoting it. The site is hosted in the Netherlands on Snel.com B.V. at 185.62.58.129. Its ZeroSSL domain-validated certificate only proves control of the domain name, so the padlock says nothing about whether the platform is genuine.
If you deposited money with this platform, stop sending funds immediately and do not pay any withdrawal fee, tax or unlock charge, because these requests only extend the theft. Contact your bank or card issuer, or the exchange you sent crypto from, report the transfers, and file a report with your local fraud authority. If you reused a password on the site, change it everywhere, and turn on two-factor authentication for your email and financial accounts. Watch for follow-up "recovery service" offers, which are a common second-stage scam. Defenders should block crowdinvesting.digital and 185.62.58.129, and add the page title string to brand-abuse and email filtering rules.

This report combines saved page captures, registration and network records, scanner results and PhishDestroy reporting history. Each source keeps its own observation date. Open a source report to inspect the original result.
