PhishDestroy threat report
bigberthaoriginalhome.shop is a fraudulent web store posing as Big Bertha Original, a bean bag brand. The German page title promises bean bags with "over 500,000 sold" and targets German-speaking shoppers searching for the brand. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-10-16, and it was still online with live shop content on 2026-10-19.
The page copies the look and sales pitch of the real brand. The "Sitzsack Supermarke" claim and the half-million sales figure are there to make a stranger's checkout feel safe. Fake shops like this usually lure buyers with steep discounts, then take card or bank payments and either ship nothing or send a cheap item that bears no resemblance to the listing. Victims lose the purchase price and hand over their name, address, phone number and payment details, which can be reused for further fraud.
urlscan.io rated the site malicious and specifically identified it as a fake shop. Spamhaus lists the domain in its DBL under the spam category, and four AlienVault OTX threat pulses reference it. VirusTotal showed 0 detections out of 92 engines on 2026-10-16. That clean result is common for new fake stores, which carry no malware and steal through ordinary checkout forms, so it should not be read as a sign the shop is legitimate.
The domain was registered on 2026-05-09 through Dynadot Inc., about five months before PhishDestroy detected it. That gap fits a store that was set up in advance and later pushed through ads or search. The brand name has been padded with "original" and "home" on a cheap .shop extension. The site sits on IP 23.252.79.178 on the Malakmadze Web LLC network in Georgia, far from the German market it targets.
Do not order from this site. If you already paid, contact your bank or card issuer right away to dispute the charge and request a chargeback, and keep your order confirmation and any emails. If you used PayPal, open a buyer protection claim. Expect follow-up phishing using the details you entered, and change any password you reused at checkout. Defenders should block the domain and flag lookalike domains combining "bigbertha" with words like "original" or "home".

This report combines saved page captures, registration and network records, scanner results and PhishDestroy reporting history. Each source keeps its own observation date. Open a source report to inspect the original result.
The AI-assisted analysis was written on . It describes the evidence available at that time; later source checks can change.
A capture documents what was shown. A scanner result records that provider’s assessment at the time of its check. Neither a valid certificate nor a zero-detection result is a guarantee of safety.
