PhishDestroy threat report

Overview

arrowgolfshop.shop is an E-Commerce Scam: a fake online store branded as "Arrow Golf" that targets people shopping for golf clubs, apparel and accessories. PhishDestroy first saw it on 2026-10-03. When last checked on 2026-10-19, the site was still online and serving its storefront.

How the scam works

The homepage is titled "Homepage: Arrow Golf | Homepage" and presents itself as an ordinary golf retailer. Fake shops like this lure buyers with steep discounts on branded equipment, then take payment at checkout for goods that are never sent, or that arrive as cheap substitutes. Victims lose the purchase price. Anything typed into the checkout form, including names, addresses, phone numbers and card details, can also be reused for further fraud.

Evidence

VirusTotal showed 8 of 91 engines flagging the domain on 2026-10-06. The flagging vendors were alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, G-Data, Gridinsoft, LevelBlue, SOCRadar and Webroot. That is a minority of engines, but the vendors are independent of one another, and urlscan.io separately returned a malicious verdict and identified the page as a fake shop. The domain appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses and is listed on the PhishDestroy blocklist.

Infrastructure

The domain was registered through Spaceship, Inc. on 2026-03-27, about six months before PhishDestroy detected it. That gap leaves room for the shop to be built out or rotated in after other storefronts are blocked. The site is hosted on the Malakmadze Web LLC network in Georgia, with no apparent link to any established golf retailer. Its Let's Encrypt certificate gives the browser padlock, which only means the connection is encrypted and says nothing about whether the seller is legitimate.

What to do

If you ordered from this site, contact your card issuer or bank right away. Report the transaction as fraud, request a chargeback, and ask for a replacement card if you entered card details. Keep your order confirmation and any emails as evidence. Watch for follow-up phishing that uses the name, address or phone number you submitted. Security teams should block the domain at their web proxy and DNS layer and flag it in shopping-related email filtering.
