boros-pendlefinance.cfd is a phishing page impersonating Pendle. It borrows the name of Boros, Pendle's fixed-rate product, and adds a Gate CrossEx tie-in to look like an official partnership. It targets DeFi users and yield traders. PhishDestroy first saw it on 2026-10-07. On 2026-10-19 the site still responded, but its phishing content was no longer resolving at the DNS level.
How the scam works
The page is titled "Arbitrage with CrossEx — live fixed-rate arbitrage on Boros × Gate CrossEx". It sells a joint Pendle–Gate arbitrage opportunity that does not exist. Lures like this push visitors to connect a wallet and act fast on a "live" rate. They then ask the visitor to sign transactions or token approvals, or to deposit funds into the supposed arbitrage pool. Anything signed or sent goes to the operators, and token approvals let them keep pulling assets after the visit ends.
Evidence
Wallet-security blocklists MetaMask, ScamSniffer and SEAL list the domain, alongside PhishDestroy. Wallet users with those protections may be warned before the page loads. On 2026-10-11, VirusTotal showed 9 of 92 engines flagging it. Those vendors include alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, CyRadar, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, Gridinsoft, LevelBlue and SOCRadar. The domain also appears in 4 AlienVault OTX threat pulses, so other researchers are tracking it too.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered on 2026-10-06 through Spaceship, Inc., one day before PhishDestroy flagged it. That short gap is typical of a site built for a single campaign. The site sits behind Cloudflare, Inc., with the network located in CA, which hides the real origin server. It used a free Let's Encrypt certificate, so the padlock in the browser said nothing about whether the site was legitimate.
What to do
If you connected a wallet here, check its token approvals right away and revoke any granted to unfamiliar contracts. If you signed transactions you did not understand or entered a seed phrase, move your remaining assets to a new wallet. Pendle tools are reached only through Pendle's own channels, and Boros does not run joint arbitrage promotions on lookalike domains. Security teams should block the domain, report it to Spaceship, Inc. and Cloudflare, and watch for similar Boros- or Pendle-themed domains on cheap TLDs.
