As of 2026-10-19 the domain was still live, but its DNS was no longer serving the page content.
How the scam works
The lure is a technical offer: arbitrage at a fixed rate between Boros and Gate CrossEx. That pitch suits experienced DeFi users, who are used to connecting a wallet and signing transactions to enter a position. Impersonation pages like this one usually ask the visitor to connect a wallet and approve a contract, or to deposit funds into a supposed arbitrage vault. A signed approval can let the operator move tokens out of the wallet. A deposit sent to the site simply goes to the scammers and does not come back.
Evidence
Wallet-security blocklists picked this domain up quickly. MetaMask, ScamSniffer and SEAL all list it alongside PhishDestroy, so many wallet users would see a warning before the page loads. On 2026-10-11, VirusTotal showed 9 of 92 engines flagging the domain, including Kaspersky, Fortinet, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Gridinsoft, LevelBlue and SOCRadar. It also appears in 4 AlienVault OTX threat pulses, which shows other researchers are tracking it.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Spaceship, Inc. on 2026-10-06, one day before PhishDestroy detected it. That gap points to a site built to be used right away, not one that was left to age first. The cheap .click extension and a name that echoes "Boros Finance" fit the same pattern. The site sits behind Cloudflare in the US, which hides the real origin server, and it uses a free Let's Encrypt certificate, so the padlock in the browser proves nothing about who runs it.
What to do
If you connected a wallet here, review and revoke any token approvals granted around your visit. Move remaining funds to a fresh wallet if you signed anything you did not fully understand. Never deposit into a "fixed-rate arbitrage" vault reached through an unsolicited link. Reach Boros and Gate only through their official channels.
