ashleystewartapparel.com is a fake online shop. Its pages carry the title "Boden Clothing for Women and Children | Boden" and aim at people shopping for that brand's fashion. The domain name points to Ashley Stewart apparel while the storefront presents itself as Boden. We classified the site as an e-commerce scam either way. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-10-06, and it was still online and serving its storefront on 2026-10-19.
How the scam works
Shops like this copy a recognisable retailer's look and catalogue, then undercut its prices to push visitors into ordering fast. At checkout the buyer hands over card details, a billing address and contact information. What usually follows is nothing at all, or a cheap item that bears no resemblance to the listing. The victim loses the payment, and the card data and personal details can be reused for further fraud or targeted phishing. Disputing the charge is harder once the domain disappears.
Evidence
Nine of 91 VirusTotal engines flag the domain as of 2026-10-06. Among them are BitDefender, CRDF, CyRadar, Fortinet, G-Data, Gridinsoft, LevelBlue and Netcraft. That is a minority of engines, but it includes several established web-threat vendors. urlscan.io rates the site malicious and specifically identifies it as a fake shop, which independently matches our classification. The domain also appears in two AlienVault OTX threat pulses and is listed on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered on 2026-08-21 through TuringSign Inc. d/b/a Cosmotown, 46 days before we detected it. That short gap is typical of storefronts set up to run briefly and then be replaced. The site is hosted on the Malakmadze Web LLC network in Georgia. Its Let's Encrypt certificate gives it a browser padlock, which proves only that the connection is encrypted, not that the shop is genuine.
What to do
If you paid on this site, call your card issuer right away, report the charge as fraud, request a chargeback and ask for a replacement card. Watch your statements for small test charges in the weeks that follow. Treat any email or text about your "order" as a likely phishing attempt, and change any password you reused when creating an account there. If you want Boden clothing, go to the retailer directly rather than through ads or search results. Defenders should block the domain and its hosting IP at the web proxy and DNS level, and add lookalike apparel domains from the same network to their watchlists.
