acqly.shop is a fake online shop that presents itself under the page title "$100M Offers by Alex Hormozi | Acquisition". It borrows the name of the entrepreneur and his business brand to attract his audience of founders and small-business owners. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-09. On 2026-10-19 the domain still responded, but its storefront content was unreachable, so it could come back at any time.
How the scam works
The site uses Alex Hormozi's widely known "$100M Offers" title and the Acquisition name to look like a legitimate source of his material, often at a discount. A visitor pays at checkout, and the product never arrives, or something different from what was advertised arrives. Victims lose the money they paid. They also hand over their name, address, email and card details to the operators, and those can be reused for further fraud.
Evidence
On 2026-09-18, ten of 89 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain. The vendors included BitDefender, ESET, G-Data, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Netcraft, CRDF, Gridinsoft and alphaMountain.ai. urlscan.io rated the site malicious and specifically marked it as a fake shop, which matches our classification. The domain is also referenced in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses and is listed on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc. on 2026-06-05, about three months before we detected it. Domains are often aged this way before a storefront launches. The site is hosted at Malakmadze Web LLC in the United States. A cheap .shop domain paired with a borrowed celebrity brand is a common setup for short-lived storefronts that get rotated once they are reported.
What to do
If you bought anything from acqly.shop, contact your bank or card issuer now, report the charge as fraud and request a chargeback. Ask for the card to be replaced. If you paid by PayPal, open a dispute there. Watch for phishing emails and unexpected charges that use the personal details you entered. If you created an account with a password you use elsewhere, change it on those other sites. Security teams should block the domain and its hosting IP, and point staff interested in Hormozi's material to official retailers only.
