The sent-report ledger records the first outgoing report at .
The recorded recipient is abuse@key-systems.net.
The latest stored availability evidence still shows the domain reachable; 1 month has elapsed since the first outgoing report.
ICANN RAA §3.18 describes registrar abuse-contact and handling obligations. This section records outgoing timestamps, listed recipients, case identifiers, and later availability. It does not by itself prove receipt, acknowledgement, investigation, remediation, or contractual non-compliance.

PhishDestroy threat report
detectsysscanner.xn--q9jyb4c presents itself as "Microsoft SysScan — Browser & System Diagnostic Scanner". It is a fake Microsoft security tool aimed at ordinary computer users who can be frightened into believing their browser or system is compromised. PhishDestroy classifies it as impersonation phishing and first saw it on 2026-08-25. As of 2026-10-19 the domain still resolves, but its page content no longer loads.
Fake "system scanner" pages borrow Microsoft's name to stage a convincing diagnostic. The page simulates a scan, invents infections or errors, and then pushes the visitor toward a supposed fix. In schemes of this kind, that usually means calling a bogus support line, installing remote-access software, or signing in with a Microsoft account. Victims can lose their account credentials, money paid for worthless repairs, or control of their computer to whoever is on the other end of the remote session.
16 of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain as of 2026-10-06. The flagging vendors include alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, CRDF, CyRadar, ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet and G-Data. urlscan.io rated the page malicious and independently recognised Microsoft branding on it, which matches the impersonation in the page title. The domain also appears in 9 AlienVault OTX threat pulses, so other researchers have tracked it as well. PhishDestroy lists it on its blocklist.
The domain was registered on 2026-08-10 through Key-Systems LLC, just 15 days before PhishDestroy caught it. That short gap is typical of throwaway domains set up for a single campaign. It sits under a punycode-encoded top-level domain that has no connection to Microsoft. The site is hosted on DigitalOcean, LLC in the US at 157.230.180.90 and uses a free Let's Encrypt certificate, so the padlock in the browser says nothing about legitimacy.
If you called a number shown on this page or let someone connect to your computer, disconnect from the internet. Uninstall any remote-access tool you were told to install and run a full scan with your own trusted antivirus. If you entered Microsoft account details, change that password from a clean device, enable two-factor authentication and sign out of all other sessions. If you paid for "repairs", contact your bank or card issuer to dispute the charge. Defenders should block the domain and 157.230.180.90, and remind users that Microsoft never diagnoses infections through browser pages.

An estimated time describes an observation window. It does not prove a registrar action or the exact moment a site became unavailable.
Dated changes retained by the monitor and source collectors. Newest observations appear first; source states are not proof of a takedown.

This report combines saved page captures, registration and network records, scanner results and PhishDestroy reporting history. Each source keeps its own observation date. Open a source report to inspect the original result.
The AI-assisted analysis was written on . It describes the evidence available at that time; later source checks can change.
A capture documents what was shown. A scanner result records that provider’s assessment at the time of its check. Neither a valid certificate nor a zero-detection result is a guarantee of safety.
