The web service presents a TLS certificate issued by Let’s Encrypt with a one‑year renewal cycle, indicating the operators maintain encrypted delivery. Service banners reveal an Apache HTTP Server front‑end delivering a site built with Bootstrap, jQuery, jQuery Migrate, Popper, OWL Carousel and ScrollReveal.
