“Rabby Wallet® – Smart Web3 Wallet With Real-Time Insights”
PhishDestroy identified grow-rabby-ios-en.framer.website as a brand impersonation domain targeting Rabby Wallet, a popular Web3 cryptocurrency wallet. The site masqueraded as the legitimate Rabby Wallet interface, attempting to trick users into connecting their wallets and ultimately draining their crypto assets. Although no specific drainer kit name was confirmed, the page title 'Rabby Wallet® – Smart Web3 Wallet With Real-Time Insights' indicates a sophisticated attempt to deceive victims.
Technical analysis reveals that the domain was registered through CSC Corporate Domains, Inc. and created on November 19, 2021, giving it a relatively long history. It resolved to IP address 35.71.142.77 and used an SSL certificate issued by Let's Encrypt (E7), which is common for both legitimate and malicious sites. VirusTotal flagged the domain with 6 out of 95 security vendors, and it appeared on one security blocklist. As of the investigation, the domain was not listed on Google Safe Browsing.
The domain has been taken offline, reducing immediate risk to users. However, given the brand impersonation of a high-value crypto wallet, users should remain vigilant for similar domains. PhishDestroy recommends that Rabby Wallet users always verify URLs before connecting their wallets, enable two-factor authentication, and use hardware wallets for added security. If any credentials or wallet connections were made on this site, users should revoke permissions immediately and transfer funds to new wallets.
