PhishDestroy identifies blockdag-desktopwalletinstaller.network as a live crypto-drainer posing as the BlockDAG desktop wallet installer. Anyone who downloads or runs the installer risks losing all digital assets stored in connected wallets to a silent crypto-draining script embedded in the software. The domain promises a legitimate installer but delivers a weaponized payload capable of emptying Ethereum, Solana, or other EVM-compatible wallets in seconds once the user authorizes a single malicious transaction.

This domain was flagged by PhishDestroy after VirusTotal scanning returned zero detections out of 95 engines on April 25, 2024. The domain was registered on April 24, 2024 through NICENIC INTERNATIONAL GROUP CO., LIMITED and is currently protected by a Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate, giving it an air of legitimacy. It resolves to IP 64.29.17.65, which hosts multiple newly observed crypto-drainer landing pages targeting the BlockDAG community.

If you visited blockdag-desktopwalletinstaller.network or downloaded the installer, immediately disconnect the wallet or revoke connected permissions via your wallet’s settings page. Do not authorize any pending transactions. Run a full antivirus scan on the machine, rotate all wallet passwords, and transfer remaining funds to a new, isolated wallet.
