Overview

The domain mydpd.pbvwv.xyz hosts an impersonation phishing page that pretends to be the official DPD tracking portal. It is aimed at DPD customers who may be looking up shipments and are tricked into providing personal or payment details. PhishDestroy first recorded the site on 2026-10-17 and as of the last check on 2026-10-19 the domain resolves to no active content (dns_inactive).

How the scam works

The page title simply displays the domain name, but the content mimics DPD’s tracking interface and asks visitors for a tracking number, address and payment information. By collecting these details the operators can commit identity theft or charge unauthorized fees. No wallet‑draining code was observed, so the primary loss is personal and financial data.

Evidence

VirusTotal flagged the URL in 3 of 92 scanners, with CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker and Gridinsoft reporting it as malicious. Google Safe Browsing lists it under SOCIAL_ENGINEERING. urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict and identified the DPD brand on the page.
