Overview

umrechnung.kanghui0755.com is an impersonation phishing page hosted on a subdomain of kanghui0755.com. The label "umrechnung" is German for "conversion," which suggests German-speaking visitors looking for a conversion or calculator tool. PhishDestroy first saw it on 2026-09-04. It has been offline since 2026-09-15, and on 2026-10-19 the domain no longer resolved in DNS.

How the scam works

Impersonation pages copy the look of a service people already trust, then ask for something valuable. That is usually account credentials, payment details or personal information, entered into a form the attacker controls. Whatever a visitor types goes straight to the operator, who can then take over the real account. The most recent page title was "Suspected Phishing | Cloudflare," which is Cloudflare's own warning interstitial rather than the impersonated content we classified. That means the hosting provider had already placed a phishing warning in front of the site.

Evidence

Five of 89 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain as of 2026-09-14: G-Data, LevelBlue, SOCRadar, Sophos and Webroot. That is a modest count, but several of these are mainstream endpoint and web-filtering vendors whose verdicts reach real users. urlscan.io independently returned a malicious verdict. Cloudflare's interstitial adds a third, unrelated party reaching the same conclusion. The domain is listed on the PhishDestroy blocklist.

Infrastructure

The parent domain kanghui0755.com is registered through Gname.com Pte. Ltd. Traffic ran through Cloudflare's network, at an address geolocated to Canada. Because Cloudflare acts as a proxy, this hides the true origin server. The site used a WE1 certificate, the kind issued automatically to Cloudflare-fronted sites, so the browser padlock said nothing about whether the page was legitimate. Only about eleven days passed between first detection and the site going dark, a short lifespan typical of disposable phishing subdomains.
