PhishDestroy threat report

Overview

tyvorepro.xyz is an impersonation phishing site that presented itself under the name TyvoreMXC, a branded front aimed at cryptocurrency users. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-23, only two days after the domain was registered. It was short-lived. The site went offline on 2026-09-24, and as of 2026-10-19 its DNS no longer resolves.

How the scam works

Impersonation pages like TyvoreMXC borrow the look and credibility of a legitimate crypto service so the visitor trusts what they see. The victim is then steered into a login form, a deposit flow or a wallet-connection prompt. Whatever is entered or approved goes straight to the operators. Depending on the step, the victim can lose account credentials, deposited funds, or control over the assets in a connected wallet.

Evidence

Several independent sources back the classification. Google Safe Browsing labels the domain as social engineering, the category it uses for deceptive phishing pages. On VirusTotal, 5 of 89 engines flagged it on 2026-09-23: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker and Kaspersky. That count is modest but typical for a domain caught within days of going live. The wallet-security blocklists maintained by MetaMask and SEAL list it alongside PhishDestroy, and it appears in 3 threat-intelligence pulses on AlienVault OTX.

Infrastructure

The two-day gap between registration on 2026-09-21 and detection points to a disposable domain stood up for a quick campaign rather than a long-running operation. It was registered through Cloudflare, Inc. and served from Cloudflare's network, geolocated to Canada. That arrangement hides the true origin server behind a shared reverse proxy. The free Let's Encrypt certificate gave the page a padlock icon, which proves nothing about who runs a site.

What to do

If you entered a password or recovery details on TyvoreMXC, change that password wherever it is reused and enable app-based 2FA. Never re-enter a seed phrase, and if you typed one into this site, move your funds to a freshly created wallet immediately. If you connected a wallet, revoke any token approvals granted during that session. Treat any request for further deposits or fees to recover funds as a second scam. Defenders should block the domain at DNS and proxy level and search their logs for visits around 2026-09-23 and 2026-09-24.
