PhishDestroy threat report
trezor.ustdguide.com is a phishing page posing as Trezor, the hardware wallet maker. It targets people who keep crypto on a Trezor device. The brand name sits in the subdomain so the address looks official at a glance, but the site is hosted on an unrelated domain. PhishDestroy first saw it on 2026-10-13. The site went offline on 2026-10-14, and its DNS was still inactive when we last checked on 2026-10-19.
Fake Trezor pages usually copy the look of the official setup or support flow. They then tell the visitor to "verify," "restore," or "update" the wallet by typing in the 12- or 24-word recovery phrase. Anyone who holds that phrase controls the wallet, so the operator can rebuild it on their own device and empty it. The hardware device never has to be touched. The page displayed only its own hostname as a title, which fits a short-lived throwaway page more than a polished clone.
urlscan.io rated the page malicious and detected Trezor branding on it. Spamhaus lists the domain in its DBL as a phishing domain. VirusTotal coverage was thin when checked on 2026-10-13: only CRDF and DNS8 flagged it, out of 92 engines. That low count reflects how new the page was, not that it was safe. PhishDestroy has it on its blocklist.
The domain was registered on 2026-10-06 through Cloud Yuqu LLC, one week before we detected it. It stopped resolving a day after detection. That pattern of registering, using the domain briefly, and abandoning it is typical of phishing runs that rotate through disposable domains. The site was hosted at 23.148.180.108 on NetLab Global in the US. It used a free Let's Encrypt certificate, so the browser padlock said nothing about whether the site was legitimate.
If you typed your recovery phrase into this site, treat the wallet as compromised. Set up your Trezor as a new wallet with a freshly generated phrase, then move any remaining funds there immediately. Never re-enter the old phrase anywhere, and if you used a passphrase, assume it is exposed too. Trezor never asks for your recovery phrase on a website, so any page that does is a scam. Defenders should block trezor.ustdguide.com and its parent domain, and watch for new subdomains on it that carry wallet brand names.

This report combines saved page captures, registration and network records, scanner results and PhishDestroy reporting history. Each source keeps its own observation date. Open a source report to inspect the original result.
