PhishDestroy threat report

Overview

rainbetapp-org.pages.dev is an impersonation phishing page whose name is built to pass as an official Rainbet app site, aimed at crypto gamblers looking for the casino. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-08. The site went offline on 2026-09-16, and as of 2026-10-19 it is dead, with its content blocked by the hosting provider.

How the scam works

Lookalike casino pages copy the branding and login flow of the real platform so that players sign in, deposit or connect a wallet on a site the operator controls. Anything entered there, including account credentials, 2FA codes, deposits or wallet signatures, goes straight to the scammer. The page now carries the title "Suspected Phishing | Cloudflare", which is the provider's own warning interstitial rather than the original lure, and this matches the blocked status rather than the impersonation content we classified.

Evidence

Nine of 89 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain as of 2026-09-17, including ChainPatrol, alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, G-Data and Sophos. That count is modest, but it spans both crypto-focused and mainstream security vendors. urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict, and the domain sits on the MetaMask and SEAL blocklists alongside PhishDestroy's, so wallet users were warned at the extension level.

Infrastructure

The page was published as a free Cloudflare Pages subdomain, which requires no domain registration and can be created and discarded in minutes. It resolved to Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure geolocated to Canada. From PhishDestroy's first detection to the site going dark took eight days, a typical lifespan for throwaway lures on free hosting.

What to do

If you logged in on this page, change your Rainbet password immediately, reset 2FA, and review your account for withdrawals or changed payout addresses. If you connected a wallet or signed anything, revoke token approvals with a trusted approval checker and move remaining funds to a fresh wallet if you approved unknown transactions. Never reach Rainbet through search ads or shared links, only through a bookmarked address. Defenders should block the domain and watch for sibling Rainbet-themed subdomains on free hosting platforms.
