PhishDestroy threat report

Overview

pocket-ledger.pages.dev is a phishing page that impersonates Ledger, the hardware wallet maker, and targets people who hold crypto on Ledger devices. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-15. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving content. The page title reads "CashFlow - Personal Finance Tracker", while the site is classified as Ledger impersonation phishing.

How the scam works

Ledger impersonation pages usually copy the brand's look and claim the visitor's device needs attention, such as a firmware problem, a security alert or a wallet sync. The visitor is then asked to type in the 24-word recovery phrase or to connect a wallet. Ledger never asks for a recovery phrase on any website. Anyone who enters it gives the operator full control of every account derived from that seed, and the hardware device stops offering any protection.

Evidence

On 2026-09-29, 4 of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the site: alphaMountain.ai, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, VIPRE and Webroot. That is a low count, so most browser and antivirus protections will not warn a visitor. The site is also listed by PhishDestroy, MetaMask and SEAL, which means wallet-focused blocklists have independently tied it to crypto phishing.

What to do

If you entered your Ledger recovery phrase here, treat that seed as compromised. Set up a new device or reset it with a fresh phrase, then move your funds to the new accounts right away. If you connected a wallet or signed anything, revoke token approvals with a reputable allowance checker and watch for unexpected transactions. Security teams should block the hostname, report it to Cloudflare's abuse channel and add it to wallet and browser blocklists.
