The page title reads like an outbreak dashboard or game rather than a financial service, but our classification rests on how the site impersonates its target. We first flagged it on 2026-10-07, and on 2026-10-19 the domain was still online and serving live content.
How the scam works
Impersonation sites like this copy a known project's name, branding and calls to action, then send visitors to a fake "connect wallet", claim or login step. A themed title like "Global Surveillance System" makes the page look like an ordinary launch or mint site, which lowers suspicion. Victims who enter a seed phrase, sign a transaction or grant a token approval can lose wallet assets. Visitors who type in account details hand them straight to the operators.
Evidence
On 2026-10-11, 9 of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain. The vendors include alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, G-Data, Gridinsoft and Kaspersky. That is a modest count, but it comes from several unrelated vendors, so the call does not rest on PhishDestroy alone. The domain also appears on the MetaMask and SEAL blocklists. These two crypto-focused lists protect wallet users directly, which confirms the site is seen as a threat to that audience.
