myargentops.com is an impersonation phishing page posing as Argent, the self-custody crypto wallet. The page presents itself simply as "Argent", and the "my...ops" domain is styled to look like an official account or support portal. It targets Argent users who reach it through search results, ads or direct messages. PhishDestroy first detected it on 2026-10-09, and the site was still live and serving content on 2026-10-19.
How the scam works
Wallet impersonation pages copy the look of the real brand and then push a fake task, such as restoring access, verifying an account or fixing a security alert. That task usually ends in one of two requests. One asks the victim to type a recovery phrase or guardian details, and the other asks them to connect the wallet and sign a transaction. Either one lets the operator take the victim's assets, and because a seed phrase grants full control, nothing stops the funds from being moved within minutes.
Evidence
VirusTotal shows 9 of 92 engines flagging the domain as of 2026-10-13. The flagging vendors include Kaspersky, BitDefender, G-Data, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Gridinsoft and SOCRadar. That count is modest, but it is spread across unrelated vendors. The domain is also on the MetaMask and SEAL blocklists as well as PhishDestroy's own list, and it appears in 3 AlienVault OTX threat pulses. Several separate crypto-security groups have independently reached the same conclusion.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered on 2026-10-04, only five days before PhishDestroy flagged it. That short gap fits a page built for a quick campaign rather than a legitimate long-running service. It was registered through Cloudflare, Inc. and sits behind Cloudflare's network on an address geolocated to Canada, so the real origin server is not exposed. The certificate comes from Google Trust Services, the standard automated issuance for Cloudflare-fronted sites, and it says nothing about who runs the page.
What to do
If you entered your recovery phrase or guardian details on this site, treat the wallet as compromised. Create a new wallet on a clean device and move any remaining assets there immediately. If you connected a wallet or signed anything, revoke token approvals with a reputable approval checker and watch for unexpected transfers. Only use Argent through its official app, and remember that no genuine support flow will ever ask for your seed phrase.
