PhishDestroy threat report

Overview

limb-sight-50.pages.dev is an impersonation phishing page hosted on a free Cloudflare Pages subdomain. It posed as a legitimate service to win visitors' trust. PhishDestroy flagged it on 2026-09-13, the same day the subdomain appeared. The site has been offline since 2026-09-20 after the provider blocked its content, and it was still down when last checked on 2026-10-19.

How the scam works

The page title showed a "Desktop Browser Required" notice rather than a brand name, while we classified the site as impersonation phishing. Impersonation pages copy the look and wording of a trusted service so visitors believe they are on the real site. Once trust is established, the visitor is asked to sign in, verify an account or confirm details. Whatever is typed goes straight to the operators, who can use it to take over the real account.

Evidence

VirusTotal returned 0 detections out of 89 engines on 2026-09-19, so automated scanners had not caught this page before it went offline. PhishDestroy is the only blocklist listing it. A clean VirusTotal result does not mean the site was safe. Short-lived pages on free hosting often disappear before scanners can classify them.

Infrastructure

The subdomain was created on 2026-09-13 and detected that same day, which points to a disposable, fast-turnover setup. It ran on Cloudflare Pages, served from Cloudflare, Inc. network space geolocated to Canada. Its TLS certificate came from Google Trust Services (WE1), issued automatically for the platform. The padlock in the browser therefore said nothing about who ran the page.

What to do

If you visited and typed any username, password or verification code, change that password right away on the genuine service. Change it anywhere else you reuse it, and turn on app-based two-factor authentication. Review recent sign-ins and account activity for anything you do not recognise, and end unfamiliar sessions. Defenders should search proxy and DNS logs for requests to this subdomain around 2026-09-13 to 2026-09-20 and treat any matching users as possibly compromised. They should also consider tighter scrutiny of newly created pages.dev subdomains that appear in email or chat links.
