Overview

americanascension.shop is an impersonation phishing page that presents itself under the name "AMERICAN ASCENSION – American Ascension". It borrows that brand identity on a .shop domain to look like a legitimate store and catch people searching for or clicking links about American Ascension. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-07. On 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving its content.

How the scam works

Impersonation pages copy a brand's name and look so visitors believe they are dealing with the real business. A shop-style front like this one typically invites people to place orders, create accounts or enter card and contact details. The victim may pay for goods that never arrive, and the payment data, address and login details entered on the page end up with the operators. The page title shows a storefront branded American Ascension, and we classify the site as an impersonation of that brand.

Evidence

On 2026-09-20, 4 of 89 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Gridinsoft and SOCRadar.
