PhishDestroy threat report
amazonprime-support.com is a phishing domain that impersonates Amazon. Its name is built to look like an official Prime customer-support address, which makes it a convincing link in a fake renewal or account-problem message. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-14. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and redirecting visitors elsewhere.
Support-themed Amazon lookalikes usually reach victims through emails or texts about a failed Prime payment, a suspended account or an unexpected charge. The link leads to a page that asks for the Amazon login, card details or a one-time code, or pushes the victim to contact fake support staff who then extract the same information. The result can be a hijacked Amazon account, fraudulent orders and unauthorized charges to the saved payment method. The page itself carries the French title "Feuilles de route — Blog" (roadmaps blog), while we classify the domain as Amazon impersonation phishing.
On 2026-09-23, 13 of 89 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain. The vendors include alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Emsisoft, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, Gridinsoft, Kaspersky and Lionic. Spamhaus lists it in its domain blocklist with a phishing tag. MetaMask and SEAL block it alongside PhishDestroy, and it appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses. Detection is far from unanimous, but these are independent sources that all reach the same verdict.
The domain was registered on 2026-09-13 through Cloudflare, Inc., and it was in our feed the next day. A one-day gap like that is typical of domains bought specifically for a campaign. It resolves to a server on the Omegatech LTD network in Germany and uses a free, automatically issued Let's Encrypt certificate. The padlock in the browser only means the connection is encrypted. It says nothing about who runs the site.
If you entered your Amazon password here, change it right away, along with any other account that shares it. Turn on two-step verification and sign out of all other devices from your Amazon security settings. If you typed in card details, ask your bank to block the card and dispute any charges you don't recognize. Check your Amazon order history and saved addresses for changes you didn't make. Never call phone numbers shown on such pages. Security teams should block the domain at DNS and email gateways and search mail logs for links to it. They should also report it to Amazon's abuse channel so the redirect chain can be taken down.
