PhishDestroy threat report

Overview

kreyolinter.com is an impersonation phishing page dressed up as the Facebook login screen. Its page title, "Facebook – Přihlášení nebo registrace", is Czech for "Log in or sign up", which points at Czech-speaking Facebook users. The domain name itself has no connection to Facebook. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-10-13. As of 2026-10-19 the domain still resolves, but the phishing content no longer loads.

How the scam works

Victims usually arrive through a link in a message, comment or ad, often framed as a security warning, a tagged photo or a copyright notice. They land on a copy of Facebook's Czech login page and type their email or phone number and password, which go straight to the operators. With those credentials the attackers can take over the account, lock the owner out, message friends with further scams or money requests, and abuse any linked pages, ad accounts or payment methods.

Evidence

Twenty of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain on 2026-10-13. They include BitDefender, ESET, Fortinet, Emsisoft, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, alphaMountain.ai, CRDF and DNS8, so the verdict comes from several unrelated vendors rather than one outlier. Google Safe Browsing lists it for social engineering, and urlscan.io rated it malicious and recognized Facebook branding on the page. Spamhaus carries it in its DBL as a phishing domain, and it is on the PhishDestroy blocklist.

Infrastructure

The domain was registered on 2025-11-23 through Wild West Domains, LLC, nearly eleven months before it surfaced as a Facebook lure. That gap suggests the domain was registered earlier and repurposed, or held until it was needed for this campaign. It is hosted on the RouterHosting LLC network in the US.

What to do

If you entered your Facebook login on this page, change your Facebook password right away, along with any other account that used the same password. Turn on two-factor authentication with an authenticator app. In Facebook's security settings, check the list of active sessions and log out any you don't recognize. If you're already locked out, use Facebook's hacked-account recovery and warn your contacts not to trust unusual messages sent from your profile. Defenders should block kreyolinter.com at DNS and the email gateway, search logs for visits or form submissions to it, and reset credentials for any affected users.
