PhishDestroy threat report
gomasem.com is an impersonation phishing site that presented itself as a client sign-in portal, titled in Hebrew 'כניסה ללקוחות' ('Customer login'). The language points to Hebrew-speaking customers of whatever service it was copying. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-14. The site has been offline since 2026-09-22, and its DNS was still inactive when we last checked on 2026-10-19.
Impersonation pages like this copy the look of a legitimate login screen so that a visitor arriving from a link in an email, SMS or ad believes they are signing in to their real account. Anything typed into the form, such as usernames, passwords and sometimes one-time codes, goes straight to the operators. They can then take over the genuine account, empty balances or reuse the credentials on other services. The generic 'Customer login' title is the bait. It shows nothing about the operators and looks like a routine step to the person signing in.
VirusTotal shows 11 of 89 engines marking the domain malicious as of 2026-09-15, one day after our first detection. The flagging vendors include alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Emsisoft, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, G-Data, Gridinsoft and Netcraft. Beyond PhishDestroy, the domain sits on the MetaMask and SEAL blocklists, both maintained by crypto-security teams. Spamhaus lists it in its Domain Block List under the spam category, which adds an independent reputation signal.
The domain was registered on 2026-09-12 through Cloudflare, Inc. and was already serving its phishing page when we caught it two days later. It was hosted on the Omegatech LTD network in Great Britain. The free, automatically issued Let's Encrypt certificate gave the page a padlock in the browser, a reminder that HTTPS proves only encryption and says nothing about who runs the site. The whole lifecycle, from registration to going dark on 2026-09-22, lasted about ten days, the typical pattern of a throwaway phishing domain.
If you entered a username and password on gomasem.com, change that password right away on the real service and on any other account where you reused it. Turn on app-based two-factor authentication, sign out of all active sessions, and review recent logins, payments and changed settings. Contact the genuine provider through its official app or a number you already trust, and treat any follow-up messages about your account as suspect. Defenders should block the domain and its hosting address and search mail and proxy logs for visits from 2026-09-12 onward. They should also alert users that look-alike Hebrew 'Customer login' pages are circulating.
