PhishDestroy threat report

Overview

evrokub.com.ua presents itself as Pari24, a casino and bookmaker, under the Ukrainian page title "Pari24 - казино та БК". It is aimed at Ukrainian-speaking gamblers who expect a familiar betting brand. The domain name suggests a European football cup rather than the brand it shows. PhishDestroy first flagged the site on 2026-10-08, and it was still online with live content on 2026-10-19.

How the scam works

Impersonation pages of this kind copy the look and name of a known betting operator so that visitors trust them with logins, personal details and money. A victim who signs in hands their real Pari24 credentials to the operators. A victim who registers and deposits sends funds to a site that has no connection to the real bookmaker. Fake gambling sites often show winnings that cannot be withdrawn, or invent fees and verification steps before any payout.

Evidence

Fourteen of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain on 2026-10-12. The vendors include Kaspersky, BitDefender, Fortinet, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, G-Data, alphaMountain.ai, CyRadar and Lionic. Spamhaus lists it in its domain blocklist with the DBL_PHISH tag, a phishing verdict that is independent of ours. The domain also appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses, so other researchers have tracked it as well.

Infrastructure

The domain was registered on 2026-02-05 through ТОВ "Центр інтернет-імен України", about eight months before PhishDestroy detected it. A .com.ua name that sits unused or quietly active for that long can build credibility before it is widely flagged. The site resolves to Cloudflare, Inc. address space geolocated to Canada, which places a proxy in front of the real origin server. It uses a free Let's Encrypt certificate, so the browser padlock only shows the connection is encrypted, not that the operator is genuine.

What to do

If you logged in to this page, change your Pari24 password through the official site or app immediately. Change it anywhere else you used the same password, and turn on two-factor authentication. If you deposited money or entered card details, contact your bank to dispute the payments and block the card. Do not pay any "withdrawal" or "verification" fee the site requests. Security teams should block the domain at DNS and proxy level and watch for similar betting-brand lookalikes on Ukrainian domains.
