PhishDestroy threat report
blockchainfx.us is an impersonation phishing page that presents itself as BlockchainFX, styled as a "Decentralized Crypto & Multi-Asset Exchange." It targets people looking to trade or invest through the BlockchainFX brand, and the .us domain gives it a plausible official look. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-10-14. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving its phishing content.
Sites like this copy the look and wording of a real exchange so visitors believe they are on the genuine platform. Victims are typically pushed to register, deposit crypto, buy into an offer, or connect a wallet. Funds sent to a fake exchange go straight to the operators. A displayed "balance" is not real, and withdrawals are usually blocked or made conditional on further payments. Any login details, personal data or wallet signatures entered on the page should be treated as compromised.
Nine of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain as of 2026-10-18, including Kaspersky, Fortinet, Netcraft, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Emsisoft, Gridinsoft, alphaMountain.ai and SOCRadar. That is a modest count, but it comes from several independent vendors. urlscan.io rendered the page and returned a malicious verdict, recognizing generic crypto-brand phishing elements. The domain also sits on the MetaMask, ScamSniffer and SEAL blocklists alongside PhishDestroy, so wallet users with those protections should see a warning. It appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses.
The domain was registered on 2026-10-06 through NICENIC INTERNATIONAL GROUP CO., LIMITED, just eight days before PhishDestroy detected it. That short gap is typical of throwaway domains set up for a single campaign. The site sits behind Cloudflare (AS13335) in the US, which hides the actual origin server. Its Let's Encrypt certificate only means the connection is encrypted, so the padlock says nothing about whether the site is legitimate.
Do not deposit funds or pay any "fee," "tax" or "verification" charge to unlock withdrawals, because that money will not come back. If you signed up, change that password everywhere you reused it and turn on 2FA. If you connected a wallet or signed anything, revoke token approvals with a trusted tool, and move remaining assets to a fresh wallet if you shared a seed phrase. Report any losses to your local authorities and to the real BlockchainFX through its verified channels. Defenders should block the domain at DNS and proxy level and report it to Cloudflare and the registrar.

Dated changes retained by the monitor and source collectors. Newest observations appear first; source states are not proof of a takedown.
