PhishDestroy threat report
nodeanalysis.tech presents itself as "NodeAnalysis – Recover Your Stolen Crypto", a blockchain-forensics outfit offering to trace and return stolen coins. PhishDestroy classifies it as an impersonation phishing page that targets people who were already defrauded and are searching for help. We first saw it on 2026-09-16. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online with its content live.
Recovery scams target victims who are already desperate. The site promises to analyse "nodes" and transactions, then asks the victim to pay upfront for a case review, tracing work, legal paperwork or release fees before any funds come back. These schemes often also request a seed phrase, a private key or a wallet connection to "verify ownership", which hands over whatever is left. The page title describes a recovery service, while we classified the site as impersonation phishing. Either way, the victim loses the fees and possibly the rest of their wallet, and nothing is recovered.
On 2026-09-29, six of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, SOCRadar and Webroot. That is a modest count, but these are independent reputation and threat-intel vendors that reached the same verdict separately. Spamhaus lists the domain on its DBL as spam, and it appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses, so other researchers are tracking it too. PhishDestroy carries it on our blocklist.
The domain was registered on 2026-03-05 through Global Domain Group LLC, roughly six months before we detected it. That gap suggests it was either parked or quietly promoted to victims before it drew attention. It resolves to 163.61.188.2 on the NEW DHAKA HARDWARE network in the US and uses a free Let's Encrypt certificate. The padlock in the browser only means the connection is encrypted and says nothing about whether the service is legitimate.
If you paid NodeAnalysis anything, send no further "fees". Report the payments to your bank, card issuer or exchange, and file a report with your national cybercrime authority. If you shared a seed phrase or private key, move any remaining assets to a new wallet created on a clean device. If you connected a wallet, revoke the token approvals it granted. Be aware that genuine recovery firms and police never demand crypto upfront or ask for your recovery phrase, and expect follow-up contact from fake "agents". Defenders should block the domain and its IP, and flag recovery-themed lures in email and social media filtering.

This report combines saved page captures, registration and network records, scanner results and PhishDestroy reporting history. Each source keeps its own observation date. Open a source report to inspect the original result.
The AI-assisted analysis was written on . It describes the evidence available at that time; later source checks can change.
A capture documents what was shown. A scanner result records that provider’s assessment at the time of its check. Neither a valid certificate nor a zero-detection result is a guarantee of safety.
