How the scam works
Sites in this scheme borrow the look and language of a legitimate-sounding trading service. The "Official Website" label in the title is there to reassure visitors that they have found the real platform. Victims are typically asked to register with personal details and then fund an account, often in crypto. A dashboard then shows the "AI" generating steady profits that do not exist. When users try to withdraw, new fees, taxes or verification payments appear, and the money already deposited is lost along with any personal data entered.
Evidence
On 2026-09-29, 17 of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain. Those engines include ESET, BitDefender, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, alphaMountain.ai, Bfore.Ai PreCrime, CRDF, CyRadar and the Vietnamese anti-scam group Chong Lua Dao. That is a solid spread of independent vendors rather than a single outlier. The domain also appears in five AlienVault OTX threat pulses, so other researchers have tracked it independently. PhishDestroy's own blocklist carries it as well.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Spaceship, Inc. on 2026-03-19, roughly six months before PhishDestroy detected it. That long runway suggests the operators set it up well in advance or ran it quietly before it drew attention. The site is hosted on Snel.com B.V. in the Netherlands. Its TLS certificate is a free domain-validated one from ZeroSSL, so the browser padlock only confirms an encrypted connection and says nothing about who runs the site.
What to do
Do not deposit anything further, and ignore any demand for withdrawal fees, taxes or "unlock" payments, because paying them never releases funds. If you sent crypto or card payments, record the transaction details, report them to your bank or the exchange you sent from, and file a report with local police or a fraud authority. If you reused a password on this site, change it everywhere it appears and turn on two-factor authentication. Expect follow-up contact from fake "recovery" services, which are a common second scam. Defenders should block rukholme.shop at DNS and proxy level and add the domain to mail and web filters.
