It targets people shopping online for a rower who land on what looks like a legitimate brand or retailer page. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-19. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving its content, so it remains a live risk.
How the scam works
Sites like this copy the look and product names of a real fitness brand, then offer the Rower max at an attractive price to draw buyers into checkout. The checkout is the trap. Card numbers, billing addresses, phone numbers and any account passwords typed into the form go straight to the operators. The victim either never receives a product or is charged again later on the stolen card.
Evidence
VirusTotal shows 16 of 91 security engines flagging the domain as of 2026-09-29. The flagging vendors include BitDefender, ESET, Fortinet, G-Data, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, alphaMountain.ai, CyRadar and the Vietnamese anti-scam group Chong Lua Dao. That spread across unrelated vendors is a strong independent signal. The domain also appears in 4 AlienVault OTX threat pulses, which means other researchers have tracked it as well. PhishDestroy lists it on its blocklist.
Infrastructure
