PhishDestroy threat report
monumentalliance.online presents itself as "Monument Alliance," a precious metals investment platform designed to attract retail investors looking to put money into gold, silver or similar assets. PhishDestroy first identified it on 2026-09-25, and as of 2026-10-19 the site remains fully live with active content. This type of fraudulent investment platform is built to impersonate or imitate the appearance of a legitimate financial service in order to harvest deposits from victims who believe they are making real investments.
Investment scam platforms of this kind typically lure victims with promises of high or stable returns on precious metals, presenting polished dashboards, fabricated account balances and professional-looking documentation to build false confidence. Once a victim deposits funds, the platform either blocks withdrawals outright, invents fees or taxes that must be paid before funds can be released, or simply disappears with the money. Victims lose whatever they deposit and, if they are persuaded to keep topping up their account to unlock returns, can suffer repeated losses before realising the fraud.
Thirteen of 92 engines on VirusTotal flagged this domain as malicious as of 2026-10-07, with detections from BitDefender, Fortinet, G-Data, Gridinsoft, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, CRDF, Chong Lua Dao and alphaMountain.ai, among others. Spamhaus classifies the domain as DBL_SPAM on its Domain Block List, and it has been picked up by four threat-intelligence pulses on OTX. PhishDestroy has added it to its own blocklist.
The domain was registered on 2026-04-24 through PDR Ltd. d/b/a PublicDomainRegistry.com and the site went live several months later. Hosting sits on the NEW DHAKA HARDWARE network, with the server physically located in the United States. The TLS certificate was issued by Let's Encrypt under the YR2 authority, providing HTTPS without implying any vetting of the site's legitimacy.
If you visited the site without submitting any personal or financial information, no immediate action is required beyond avoiding any further contact. If you entered personal details, banking information or made a deposit, contact your bank or payment provider immediately to dispute the transaction and report the fraud to your national financial regulator or cybercrime authority. Do not respond to follow-up contact from the platform, especially requests for additional fees to release funds. Security teams should block monumentalliance.online at the DNS and proxy layer and alert users who may have accessed it on corporate networks.
