PhishDestroy threat report
whm.outlook-express-repair.com is a credential phishing page titled "WHM Login". It imitates the sign-in screen of WebHost Manager, the control panel that hosting providers, resellers and server administrators use to run cPanel servers. PhishDestroy first detected it on 2026-09-26. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online with the phishing content live.
Victims usually reach a page like this through an email or message claiming a server issue, expiring account or billing problem that needs an urgent login. The fake WHM form captures the username and password typed into it and sends them to the operators. WHM access is root-level or reseller-level control. Stolen credentials can let attackers take over every hosted website, mailbox and DNS zone on a server, plant malware or more phishing pages, and lock out the real owner.
Detection by security vendors is still thin. VirusTotal had 3 of 92 engines flagging the domain on 2026-10-10: Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Gridinsoft and SOCRadar. The domain is also listed on the PhishDestroy and PhishFeed blocklists. Because most scanners have not caught up, browsers and mail filters may let this page through without a warning.
The parent domain was registered on 2003-07-15 through Dynadot Inc. That is more than two decades before the phishing page appeared on its "whm" subdomain. The site resolves to an InMotion Hosting, Inc. address in the US and serves a Let's Encrypt certificate. The padlock in the browser therefore proves nothing about whether the page is legitimate.
If you entered WHM or cPanel credentials here, change that password immediately from your provider's real panel. Change it anywhere else you reuse it, and turn on two-factor authentication. In WHM, look for new accounts or resellers, unfamiliar API tokens and SSH keys, new cron jobs, and DNS or mail-forwarding changes. Tell your hosting provider so they can review access logs. Defenders should block the domain at mail and web gateways and search logs for any visits or form submissions to it. Remind admin staff to open WHM only by typing their provider's known address, never through a link in a message.

This report combines saved page captures, registration and network records, scanner results and PhishDestroy reporting history. Each source keeps its own observation date. Open a source report to inspect the original result.
