PhishDestroy added switchfi.app to its internal blocklist after VirusTotal reported eleven malicious and two suspicious detections on 2026-10-23. The recorded page title on 2026-10-23 was “SwitchFi — Swap & Exchange Crypto at the Best Rate, Any Chain”. The domain was first seen by PhishDestroy on 2026-10-23.

How the scam works

Detections of phishing classifications indicate the site could be used to present a fake cryptocurrency exchange that tricks users into entering wallet addresses or credentials, a common tactic in crypto‑related scams.
