swiftkargoport.delivery presents itself as "SwiftPort Delivery Delivery and Transportation", a shipping and logistics company that does not appear to exist beyond this page. How the scam works

Fake courier sites usually support a wider con: a seller, online contact or "prize" notice hands the victim a tracking number that leads here. The site then reports that the shipment is held and asks for customs duties, insurance, clearance or redelivery charges before it can be released. These payments often escalate, and the forms tend to collect names, addresses, phone numbers and card or payment details. The victim loses whatever they pay plus their personal data, and no parcel ever arrives.

Eleven of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain on 2026-10-01. The vendors include alphaMountain.ai, Bfore.Ai PreCrime, BitDefender, ESET, Emsisoft, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet and G-Data. That is a modest share of engines, but it spans several unrelated security vendors. urlscan.io rated the page malicious and matched it to its fake-courier brand pattern. Spamhaus lists the domain in its DBL as spam. It also appears in two AlienVault OTX threat pulses alongside the PhishDestroy blocklist.

Infrastructure

The domain was registered through GoDaddy.com, LLC on 2025-12-27, roughly nine months before we detected it. Domains that sit unused for months before going live can slip past filters that focus on newly registered names. The site is hosted on FranTech Solutions in Luxembourg. It uses a free Let's Encrypt certificate, so the padlock in the browser proves only that the connection is encrypted, not that the company is real.

What to do

Do not pay any fee this site asks for, whether it is called customs, clearance or delivery, and stop dealing with whoever sent you the tracking number. If you entered card details, contact your bank right away to block the card and dispute the charges. If you sent money by transfer or crypto, report it to your payment provider and local police as soon as possible. Expect follow-up calls or messages that use the personal details you submitted, and treat them as part of the scam. Defenders should block the domain at DNS and the mail gateway and search logs for users who visited or received links to it.
