How the scam works
Fake-store impersonation pages copy a brand's look and product pages, often with prices that seem like a bargain, then lead the visitor to a checkout that the brand does not control. Anything typed there, including name, address, email, account password and full payment card details, goes to the operators. Victims typically lose the money paid for goods that never arrive and also expose card data that can be reused for fraud.
