seur.pass-cargo.com is an impersonation phishing page that copies SEUR, the Spanish parcel and courier company. It targets people who are expecting a delivery. The page presents itself with SEUR's own Spanish title, "SEUR: Envío y transporte de paquetería y mensajería | SEUR". PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-10-13, and as of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving its content.

How the scam works

Courier impersonation usually starts with an SMS or email claiming a SEUR parcel is held, undeliverable or awaiting a small customs or redelivery fee. The link leads to this page, which mimics SEUR's branding so the request looks routine. The visitor is asked for name, address, phone number and then card details to pay the supposed fee. Those details go straight to the operators, who use them for fraudulent charges or follow-up scams. Placing "seur" as a subdomain of an unrelated cargo-sounding domain is meant to make the address look legitimate at a glance on a phone screen.

Evidence

Independent detection is solid. On 2026-10-17, 22 of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the site, including BitDefender, ESET, Fortinet, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Emsisoft, alphaMountain.ai, CRDF and DNS8. Google Safe Browsing lists it as social engineering, which triggers warnings in major browsers. urlscan.io rated it malicious and recognised SEUR as the brand being imitated. The domain also appears on the Phishunt blocklist and in Spamhaus DBL as spam.

Infrastructure

The parent domain was registered on 2026-08-04 through Realtime Register B.V., about ten weeks before it surfaced as a SEUR lure. That gap fits a domain bought ahead of a campaign and given a generic name so it can host several brand-specific subdomains. The server sits on the VPS Dedicated LLC network, which is US-registered, while the IP geolocates to Slovenia. Its free Let's Encrypt certificate means the padlock icon proves nothing about who runs the site.

What to do

If you entered card details here, contact your bank immediately to block the card and dispute any unfamiliar charges, including small "test" payments. Expect follow-up calls or messages posing as SEUR or your bank, and never share one-time codes. Check real shipments only through SEUR's official app or a site you type in yourself. Defenders should block the full pass-cargo.com domain, not just this subdomain, and report the delivery SMS to their carrier's spam reporting service.
